    Breathalyzer Ignition Lockout System (Zilog EZ80)
        Updated hardware design of breathalyzer ignition lockout system. Incorporates digital
        camera with flash for image storage.
    Low Power Wireless Security System (AMD186 / Embedded DOS / C / asm)
        Controller/power supply board set for wireless security system. Communications interfaces
        for VHF/UHF voice radio, ethernet, USB, RS232, modem. Voice chips announce alarm over radio.
        Uses custom power supply, designed to shut down non-essential circuit sections for power
        conservation.
    E1/T1 Telephony Controller (MPC8260, Tundra PCI bridge)
        Hardware design of PMC mezzanine board with eight E1/T1 ports, 128MB SDRAM, 16MB Flash,
        10/100Base-T Ethernet, dual RS232.
    Embedded PC Motherboard (Intel 440BX AGP Chipset)
        Harsh environment embedded PC motherboard and power supply for earth moving application.
        Included color LCD with touchscreen. Based on Intel reference design.
    Digitally Tuned Filter Controller (TMS320C50 / C / asm)
        Controller/driver board set for digitally tuned RF filter used in communications systems.
        Low digital RFI achieved via unique FPGA design.
    Medical Insufflator (80C451 / C)
      Closed loop control firmware for a surgical abdomen inflator, used in microsurgery.
      Used PWM techniques to control abdomen pressure under leaky conditions (multiple incisions).
    Robotic Part Stamper (80C88 / asm86)
        Controller for stamping a part number via robotically fixtured character wheel.
        Handshake with robot to coordinate character rotation and pneumatic stamping.

    Fiber Optic Data Capture (5 Altera 81500)
      Dual channel ISA card (16 bit) to capture 330Mbps data (custom test equipment).
        Captured data,stored to 16MB DRAM @50MB/s, interfaced to ISA bus backplane.
    Controller Bus Interface and I/O (Xilinx 4013)
      General purpose 16 bit controller bus interface with uarts, digital I/O, timers.
      Clock stopping techniques used to minimize digital RFI for communications system.

        PC-based automated tester used in medium volume cordless phone manufacturing.
        Controlled RF and analog GPIB test equipment using C.
    Inexpensive Communications Tester (Windows95 / Windows test kernel / C)
        PC-based automated tester used in high volume RF controller manufacturing test.
        Semi-automated, used operater interaction, inexpensive measurement equipment to keep tester cost low.
